Akhirnya QSO ke Hawaii tercapai... KH7Y

:) new DXCC QSO with KH7Y op FRED.

Akhirnya tercapai juga hasrat untk bekerja dengan stn Hawaii... jarak QSO = 11042KM.

Sekitar jam 9.00 pagi 11/10/10.
Pada mulanya, saya mendengar R4 stn KH7Y bekerja dengan stn Jepun. Apabila mendapati signal semakin baik, saya cuba membuat panggilan dan panggilan tersebut disambut oleh Fred sambil beliau menghalakan yagi ke Malaysia...

:) New DXCC QSO VQ9RD - Chagos Is

:) Petang tadi selepas selesai tugasan, sempat bekerja di 10M band dengan satu stn dari Chagos Island (lihat garisan merah dalam bulatan) pada 5.29 pm (0929 UTC) di 28.497 dengan sig. 59. Ini merupakan QSO terkini  dalam senarai DXCC saya.

:) Hari Bertuah! Apa tidaknya, berjaya QSO dengan 2 stn baru / new DXCC dari Eropah (garisan merah) iaitu :
1. M0HKB 1130 utc 28.480MHz  53
2. OS8A 11.55 utc 28.525MHZ 55

Petang tersebut boleh dikatakan 10M open di sebelah Eropah. Kedengaran beberapa stn dari sebelah sana seperti PE1DTU, UT7LA dan GB4CHC.

Di samping itu, 9M2IDJ dan 9W2CBL tidak ketinggalan dapat QSO dengan beberapa stn eropah...

QRV May, July & August 2007 and April 23-May 1, 2010.

The 2010 operation is at the Jambayang, overlooking the capital, Thimphu. (The shack can be seen above the upper right edge of the sign in the picture above). The rig is a Yaesu FT-897, running 100 watts, to a G5RV. CW and SSB, 10 through 40 meters. I am here to report on the SAARC leaders' summit and produce some TV feature reports about this wonderful country, so only QRV when not working.
